What Is Adsense RPM?
What Is Google AdSense RPM?
AdSense (RPM) Is a term to describe Revenue per 1000 impressions which represents the estimated earnings accrued for every 1000 impressions received.
RPM doesn’t represent how much you have really earned, instead, it’s calculated by dividing estimated earnings by the number of page views, impressions and queries received, then multiplying them by one thousand.
The formula for this would be:
AdSense RPM = Estimated Earnings / Number of page views X 1000
If you earned an estimated $0.60 from 30 page views, then your page RPM would equal ($0.60 / 30) X 1000.
If you earned an estimated $120 from 25,000 ad impressions, your ad RPM would equal ($120 / 25,000) X 1000.
The RPM term is vastly utilized in many advertising programs, and proved very helpful for comparing revenue coming from various avenues.
